Delivery Within the UAE

At Saleel Parfums, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across the UAE.

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Same day delivery within the Emirate of Dubai for orders placed before the daily cut off time
  • Delivery within 2 to 3 working days for all other Emirates in the UAE

Orders can only be processed for delivery addresses within the UAE.

Orders placed outside our working hours from 9 AM to 8 PM or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, courier availability, or customer unavailability at the delivery address. Saleel Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our courier may attempt to contact you up to four times to arrange delivery and may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, may include an additional delivery fee.


Pre Order Deliveries

Items purchased on pre order do not follow standard delivery timelines. These items will be dispatched according to the expected release date mentioned on the product page.


Scheduled Delivery Time Slots

During checkout, you may select a preferred delivery time slot based on availability.

  • The earliest delivery slot typically starts at 9 AM, with hourly slots available until 11 PM depending on the delivery location
  • Orders placed before 8 PM may qualify for same day delivery within Dubai
  • Orders placed after 8 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day

General Delivery Information

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines displayed on our website or order confirmation, all delivery times are estimates.

If an order has not been delivered within 30 days from the order confirmation date, you may request a full refund.

Deliveries are carried out daily, except during UAE public holidays.

To ensure a smooth delivery, customers are requested to ensure that:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • The delivery location is easily accessible
  • Any special delivery instructions are communicated in advance

Delivery of Bulky or Special Items

Certain items may require special delivery arrangements. In such cases:

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date
  • Access through hallways, doors, staircases, and elevators must be ensured
  • A service elevator should be arranged for deliveries above the first floor

Restricted access or failure to accept delivery may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

If delivery cannot be completed, items may be stored free of charge for up to 30 days. After this period, the order may be cancelled.

Saleel Parfums is not responsible for any property damage resulting from limited access, customer instructions, or items that do not fit into the designated space.


Address Changes and Order Tracking

If your order has not yet been dispatched, our Customer Care team may assist with changes to the delivery address or delivery date.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

Changing the delivery country is not possible under any circumstances.
