How many days do I have to return my item?

You have 7 days from delivery to return any item for any reason. Log into your account and initiate a return. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange free collection by Aramex.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! Return collection is completely free. Aramex will collect your item from your preferred location without any charges.

When will my refund appear?

Refund timelines:• Credit/Debit Card: 14–21 working days• Bank Transfer: 10–14 working days• Digital Wallets: 7–10 working days• Cash on Delivery (COD): Immediately to wallet Your bank may add 2–3 additional working days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

How long does shipping take?

Dubai: 1–2 business days. Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days. Northern Emirates: 2–4 business days. Express (24hr): Next business day (Dubai & Abu Dhabi only) Times start from ship date. Friday and Saturday are non-working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on orders 100 AED and above in all emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates, and all other areas in UAE).

Which courier delivers my order?

All our UAE orders are delivered by Aramex, one of the most trusted courier services in the region. Aramex provides real-time tracking, professional handling, and wide coverage across all emirates.

What are the working hours?

We operate Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM–6 PM GST (UAE time).Friday is the UAE weekend – no operations or deliveries on Fridays.
