Return & Refund Policy

ONLINE RETURNS

We offer a “no questions asked” free-returns policy that allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 7 days after delivery of your Order, free of charge.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items) must be returned within 7 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition
  • Items must be in original packaging/box with all labels and authenticity cards intact
  • Return must include your original Order confirmation

Returns Process

  • Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Follow the return process wizard
  • Our team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange collection
  • Aramex will collect your item free of charge
  • We will inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within the following timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 14–21 working days
  • Bank Transfer: 10–14 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Credited to Saleel Parfums wallet immediately
  • Digital Wallets: 7–10 working days

Note: Timelines start after we approve your return. Your bank may take 2–3 additional working days to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
